Join us every Friday morning for 6 weeks of mindfulness practices tailored to promote self-care and wellbeing.
About this Course/Event
This mindfulness group is for parents / carers who would like a nurturing space to develop a practice of mindfulness to support them with caring for themselves and their families.
Our CAMHS Practitioners, Su & Sarah will guide you through various mindfulness practices to support your wellbeing and focus, to enhance your overall self-care. This group is designed to make time for yourself and to meet other parents / carers who also want a space to recuperate and reflect.
This course will take place on Friday Mornings 10 – 12pm, for 6 weeks from 15th September – 20th October 2023 in the library at Woodberry Down Community Primary School.
