Moving from primary to secondary school can feel tough. We’d like to invite you to attend a group in preparation for their change. This group will be delivered Monday 2nd August-Friday 6th August, providing fun activities to support your move to secondary school. Over the week, we will focus on and explore:

-Common concerns about starting secondary

-What is anxiety?

-How to manage difficult thoughts and feelings: coping strategies

-Preparing for your first day and beyond

As we are a schools-based team we do communicate with schools around workshop attendance. This is so that any additional support needs can be highlighted to support your child’s transition.
