We all experience low mood at times, feeling down, feeling unmotivated, feeling lonely. Particularly during Corona times, low mood can be present in our lives and it helps to have different ways to manage. This workshop will provide participants with an understanding about what can cause low mood and some tips and ideas to help you to manage and reduce the impact of low mood on your life.
As we work closely with schools, we will let them know that you attended this workshop.
