The City and Hackney CAMHS Alliance is a partnership of different services and voluntary organisations. The Alliance is not an organisation itself. The contact details for each of our services are available from the individual service pages.
The services provided by the Alliance are commissioned and funded by East London Foundation Trust, Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, the London Borough of Hackney, the City of London and Family Action.
All our services strive do their very best for the children, young people and families they support. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not happy about any aspect of the care and support you have received, please talk to the people providing your care in the first instance. If your issue is not resolved, ask for their complaints procedure – all Alliance services will have one.
Our First Steps and CAMHS Disability services are provided by Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can help to quickly resolve any queries and concerns about these services.
Our Specialist CAMHS services are provided by East London Foundation Trust. The East London Foundation Trust Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can help to quickly resolve any queries and concerns about these services.
