City and Hackney Schools Mental Health Support Team (MHST) invites you to attend this online workshop for supporting teens through uncertain times.

The aims of the workshop are to provide:

• information about anxiety

• practical tips for parents to ease both their own and their teen’s anxiety during these uncertain times

Please Note:

• As we work closely with schools we ask you to provide the name of your child’s school when signing up for a ticket. This is so that we can update schools on parent attendance at our workshops.
• Links and joining instructions will be provided to ticket holders upon registration.
