Using our services makes you an expert by experience.

Listening to the views and stories of children, young people and families who have experienced our services helps us to continually improve what we do and how we work.

There are lots of different ways you can get involved:

• Completing a questionnaire or online survey on the services you received
• Meeting with service leaders to share your experiences and suggest improvements
• Sharing your tips and advice for other children, young people, parents or families
• Helping to develop and design information leaflets
• Joining staff recruitment panels – designing questions, interviewing and giving feedback
• The more involved you get, the more rewarding it can be. It can be an opportunity to make friends, make a difference and develop skills and experience for your CV.
