This workshop is aimed at children and young people aged 12-18 who have struggled to cope with any type of difficult feelings, be this anxiety, anger uncertainty, low mood, low self-esteem.

-Look to develop an understanding of when and where your feelings occur, and also help you start to make sense of these experiences.
-Allow you to learn about a variety of practical strategies that have been shown to help young people cope with difficult emotions.
