Health Spot

What we do:

Health Spot City and Hackney offers young people aged 11-25 a range of health and wellbeing appointments and groups in the Forest Road Youth Hub. The service is free to access, and young people can simply walk-in to the youth hub to access support.

The services available as part of Health Spot City and Hackney include:

  • GP Sexual Health Clinic (STI Tests, treatment, pregnancy tests, advice, contraception)
  • Emotional wellbeing support (1:1 and groupwork)
  • Education, training and employment support
  • Drugs and Alcohol advice and information
  • Stop Smoking or Vaping support
  • General health and wellbeing advice, information and drop-ins
  • Wraparound support from the Young Hackney Youth Workers

ALL the services are FREE to access, and have professionals skilled in working with young people.

How to access our services:

There are three ways that a young person can access Health Spot, these are:

1. Walk-in to the youth hub where a friendly youth worker will support the young person to get to the right service

2. Young person can self-refer using the booking link on Health Spot website

3. An adult can make a referral on the young person’s behalf (with their consent) using the link on the Health Spot website.
